Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to some questions we get asked regularly x

How do the Icey bottles work?
The Icey bottles are insulated which means they will slow down the process at which your hot or cold drink gets itself to room temperature.

For cold drinks, we recommend that you chill your drink for at least 12 hours before use, and for hot drinks, make sure your drink is at drinking temperature before you put it in the bottle so it doesn't burn you!
How long will the Icey bottles keep my drink chilled/hot for?
The Icey bottle will keep your desired drink chilled for up to 24 hours or hot for up to 12 hours.
What are the Icey bottles made of?
The Icey bottles are double-walled, vacuum-sealed bottles made from 100% BPA-free, food-grade stainless steel. The bottles are hand-decorated with crystal clear, glass rhinestones.
How do I look after my Icey bottle?
We recommend hand-washing your bottle with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water before you use it for the first time and after each time you use it, then letting it stand upright to dry with the lid off. Please don't put your bottle in the dishwasher. We also recommend storing your bottle with the lid off.
